OUR PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
After you inquire and leave your info with us, we will send you a questionnaire. This will help us better understand your needs, timeline, budget etc all from the start.

booking
We will book a 15 to 30 minute phone interview and plan for our first consultation

CONSULTATION
During our first consultation visit, we walk your project, take photos, discuss design ideas and your needs, measure, set expectations from both parties and start building your timeline.

Budget planning
We will provide a cost selection sheet outlining all costs associated with your project.

Design and mood board phase
Once the budget is finalized we can begin to build the overall design and start to source materials.

Construction and or purchasing
The moment we have both been looking forward to. It's happening!, your project is starting to take shape.

by the numbers
How do you charge?
Every project is unique and the needs of each individual client varies. During our first phone consultation, this is something we would discuss based on your needs. We charge one of two ways. Hourly or a % of the overall budget based on size of project, duration and square footage. We take pride in being able to work with a variety of budgets.
Do you take on projects outside Colorado?
We love out of state projects. We have done home refreshes, exterior consultations, new construction, small bathroom and kitchen remodels all from afar. We have worked in California, Montana, Texas, Colorado and Florida. No state is off limits.
What is included in a consultation?
Our in person consultations last up to 2 hours. This is a great option for someone who needs professional advice on any design dilemma. We provide sourcing and material suggestions, paint and finish recommendations. We help you pull together your design ideas so you can move forward with a concrete plan. After your consultation, we follow up with outlining our suggestions, preferred vendors, material list and links. If you need help sourcing sub contractors, we help foster that initial meeting. This is a stand alone service that can be repeated for each project you wish to take on.
